3. Cancellations
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or communicated to vendors/merchants.
- Swarnalankara does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items (such as flowers, eatables, etc.) if applicable.
4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery. The merchant will check and confirm before a replacement/refund is processed.
- If you feel that the product delivered is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, notify us within 7 days of receipt. Our Customer Service team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
- Products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
- In case of an approved refund, it may take 6–8 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method.

- All products sold by Swarnalankara are gold-plated jewellery with 0.5-1 gm Gold, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
- They are not made of solid gold, and normal wear and tear may occur over time. Proper care is recommended to maintain shine and finish.
