1. Cancellations
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, shipped, or communicated to vendors/merchants.
- Swarnalankara does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items (such as flowers, eatables, etc.), if applicable.
2. Returns & Replacements
You may request a return or replacement in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery. The product will be checked, and a replacement/refund will be provided if confirmed defective.
- Product mismatch: If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Our Customer Service team will review your request and decide on the appropriate resolution.
- Manufacturer’s warranty items: If a product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
3. Refunds
- If your request is approved, refunds will be initiated within 6–8 business days.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).
- The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank/payment provider.
4. Important Notes
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
- Jewellery items are delicate and gold-plated. Natural wear and tear due to usage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for returns/refunds unless defective.
